It’s also Class A fire rated, or highly resistant to flame, and resistant to rot and pests. With some polymer impregnated, it can be stabilized for outdoor use like siding, decking, or roofing. InventWood’s first products will be facade materials for commercial and high-end residential buildings, Lau said.

The way I took it if a player played out their option then they could become a free agent but the commissioner had the final say on the compensation on the team who was loosing the player. Well Rozelle ruled it would take 2 first round picks to the 49ers finalize the deal
Yeah, "Rozelle Rule" as they called it, was one of main, serious points of contention for many NFLPA, affiliated union organizers who had some pretty serious, heated discussions over collective bargaining deals from the late 60's-mid 80's. It may strike some modern fans as bizarre and strange, but the main issue behind the 1974, 1982 and 1987 NFLPA strikes was about allowing greater player movement-i.e. unrestricted free agency, not necessarily demanding higher wages and even basic, rudimentary concept of a salary cap, or access to improved health benefits.

The "Rozelle Rule" made even limited FA a near-impossibility in the 1970's and most of the 1980's even while average salaries started increasing across the board in MLB and NBA at the same time. An All-Star pitcher like Nolan Ryan was making well over $1 million guaranteed annually in 1980 with Astros while SB-winning QB's like Terry Bradshaw and Kenny Stabler were barely cracking over $120,000/year, if even that. Stabler's best contract was actually here in New Orleans where he likely played a few years longer then he should've but IIRC, his 3-year contract was around $640,000.

The NFL''s first attempt at limited FA was in the late 80's and "Plan B" free agency where NFL teams had to allow a certain number of veteran players to explore free agency but if they were later signed, they would receive some draft or monetary compensation. It wasn't until 1993/94 that unrestricted FA with league-wide salary cap, obtained only after the threat of a multi-class action lawsuit led by players like Reggie White and the prospect of NFL maybe losing its long-cherished anti-trust exemption clause, became common practice and by that point, Pete Rozelle was long gone as Commissioner and dying of lung cancer at his home in New Mexico. I've often wondered if Rozelle realized that FA or ever-increasing salary caps were these intractable problems he could've solved or too complex an issue that it would take younger, more modern thinking NFL policymakers to solve.

It's also in all of the Indiana Jones movies.

I know I've heard it in others and recognize it immediately!

There was a thread on this in 2010. But I had forgotten how it got its name.
