TIL, that you should never randomly look up tire prices (for my wife's new car, just to know down the road what it would be), because one of your tires will magically show up with a major sidewall cut from a curb (that you didn't do, but maybe the Valet did a couple days ago, but never noticed until today), so you have to buy your own new tire...sigh..

Tonight, watching Twitch, I learned that there's a Finnish word meaning comfy, spongy cushion for a sofa or chair that you can bounce on: hyppytyynytyydytys and it sounds hilarious spoken out loud.

TIL there's actually some Japanese shows I might watch that don't involve crazy pain or hitting people in the genitals with frozen tuna.

TIL Trees communicate with each other and share resources as needed. They can give preference to their own acorn species, but will also share across species. There's even thought to be hub tree's which pass on wisdom.
