It’s an “if we had practiced, these guys may not have practiced, so we will just assume” injury report. We’ve done this in previous years after a Monday night game.

If Taysom Hill doesn’t clear concussion protocol after 3 weeks, he may have had a really severe concussion like PJ Williams did a number of years ago… that ultimately sidelined him for the rest of the season

I think teams usually practice on Wednesday, and I think the league requires injury reports on normal practice days for “reasons” (cough…gambling…cough).

Anyway, it does look like they just possibly resubmitted the last injury report. Aside from the Peat listing - but maybe they added him as an obvious inclusion.
