Seems like it would be the opposite.. Most places are going away from nasty cash transactions.. i had to pay a $3 toll a few weeks ago (not the Causeway, someplace else) , gave them a $20 bill, and almost told them to keep their $17 Covid-covered Coronacash... instead, i threw the money into my console and still haven’t touched it.
