I really hope this isn't a "I'm taking my talents to South Beach" deal. When players started dictating where they would go and then recruit all the other talent to follow them there...just to get a ring...I pretty much quit watching the NBA.

I doubt that’ll ever happen in the NFL with the way the salary cap works.
And if that did happen, Tampa wouldn’t be Patient 0 in the NFL. It’d start in NY, LA, or Chicago.

You might get a few guys willing to take less money to try for a ring but it's not like the NBA. The max contract has facilitated a lot of that. Why would I want to stay in Minnesota or Milwaukee if I can make the same amount of money playing in LA or Miami?
