What's he gonna be the backup insurance for Harris who is already a dynamite kick returner and more polished receiver in the same mold? Whoever is evaluating talent at WR outside of CGM needs to stop, like 2 years ago stop.

Every time a pass or a punt goes his way I hold my breath. Seems like it's a mistake when he doesn't make a bad play.
