Top Ten Favorite Bands of All Time: (2 Viewers)

For those of you who listed old Chicago as one of your favorite bands, check out former drummer Danny Seraphine's new band, California Transit Authority...

http://www.ctatheband.com/main.html

He does covers of some classic Chicago -Introduction, South California Purples, Make Me Smile, Mississippi Delta City Blues, Colour My World and a live performance of 25 Or 6 To 4 from the Modern Drummer festival.

1. Rage Against the Machine
2. Pantera
3. Tool
4. Alice in Chains
5. Soundgarden
6. Nine Inch Nails
7. Sevendust
8. 311 (old stuff)
9. Metallica (old stuff)
10. Rush

4-10 are really in no particular order, just as they came to my head.. and I'm sure I missed some.

Primus, Godsmack, Korn (old stuff) all right up there

Edit: APC also gets a mention.

Warrrant

Off the top of my head, I would have to go with these 10. I am leaving out the Great obvious choices, i.e. Pink Floyd, Zepplin, the Stones, the Doors, etc. So these are the 10 bands that I listen to most. They are in no particular order except for Tom Petty, which is #1 in my book.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Dinosaur Jr.
Bob Marley and the Wailers
Sublime
Ben Harper (with or without the Innocent Criminals)
They Might Be Giants
Social Distortion
Minor Threat
Green Day

I actually figured your list would be worse than that. :hihi: Primus is okay, I don't really like them or dislike them. Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, RATM, and Beastie Boys are all good mentions too. Not too bad.
