I think Saints should take a look. He's essentially Devery Henderson and has been for the entirety of his career. He definitely wouldn't be a diva about not getting enough targets, would be relatively cheap as far receivers go and would possibly be the stabilizing veteran presence we OBVIOUSLY need in the wide receivers room.

I'd definitely kick his tires unless he's got some injuries we don't know about.

Absolutely. Depending on cost, he'd do exactly what we need in this offense to replace BC.

Very good deep threat. Would be a perfect wr to run the clear out routes that cooks is apparently too good for. Can probably get for a decent price too. Still not giving Cooks away unless it's for a first and a third or a first this year and a second next year. And not #32 in the first....

There appear to be enough WRs hitting the market, that it may be tough to get true value out of trading Cooks. I think he may end up staying with the Saints. I hope we do not end up trading him for minimal value.

It's actually the opposite. Not a great FA or draft class of WRs, which is part of why Cooks' value is so high right now. Also part of why it makes sense to move him now, because we are likely getting the best value possible.

Torrey Smith could likely be had at a decent price, and would thrive with Brees as QB. Smith is one of the good guys, and is a locker room leader.
