I think Saints should take a look. Hasn't had a QB in SF and I think he can really excel here.<iframe id="rufous-sandbox" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" style="position: absolute; visibility: hidden; display: none; width: 0px; height: 0px; padding: 0px; border: medium none;" title="Twitter analytics iframe" frameborder="0"></iframe>

There's your vertical threat for this offense. Vet that doesn't command alot of targets, but can definitely get down the field in a hurry.

Yep,,28 years old. Sure he running close to his 4.36 speed. Can't be said any better

He's essentially Devery Henderson and has been for the entirety of his career. He definitely wouldn't be a diva about not getting enough targets, would be relatively cheap as far receivers go and would possibly be the stabilizing veteran presence we OBVIOUSLY need in the wide receivers room.

I'd definitely kick his tires unless he's got some injuries we don't know about.

Worth a look, but also hasn't been very good either.

Absolutely. Depending on cost, he'd do exactly what we need in this offense to replace BC.

Him or Goodwin if we lose Cooks

Very good deep threat. Would be a perfect wr to run the clear out routes that cooks is apparently too good for. Can probably get for a decent price too. Still not giving Cooks away unless it's for a first and a third or a first this year and a second next year. And not #32 in the first....

Eagles sound like most likely landing spot. With them likely losing the Cooks sweepstakes, it would make sense.

There appear to be enough WRs hitting the market, that it may be tough to get true value out of trading Cooks. I think he may end up staying with the Saints. I hope we do not end up trading him for minimal value.

It's actually the opposite. Not a great FA or draft class of WRs, which is part of why Cooks' value is so high right now. Also part of why it makes sense to move him now, because we are likely getting the best value possible.

Torrey Smith could likely be had at a decent price, and would thrive with Brees as QB. Smith is one of the good guys, and is a locker room leader.

Be nice to have some Red and White to mix in with Black and Gold :hihi:
