New animated Transformers movie on the way

With Chris Hemsworth as Optimus Prime (I'll always believe Peter Cullen should be Prime -do whatever they did for Darth Vader's voice in the Kenobi series)

I will give it a shot! Great cast and Fishburne has a fantastic voice!

I keep seeing conflicting reports on whether this is a prequel to Michael Bay's movies (i hope not) or separate universe doing it's own thing

I’m sorry but that trailer looked terrible

I assume this is geared directly toward kids? That trailer made it look like that's the case.

I'm pretty much in wait and see mode. I can watch animated movies, but not really a fan of them. I've always been much more into live action even though I grew up watching animated shows like Spider-Man, Batman and others.

This is somehow significantly more childish than the original actual children's show.

I wouldn't even call a 5 second animated title a trailer, lol.
There’s an actual trailer out
I’m a little embarrassed to post it
