Turn Vista Into Windows 7 (1 Viewer)

While looking around the internets I came across this site with directions on how to turn Vista into Windows 7. Being that I am not very technically savvy, I figured I would turn to the experts.

Anybody ever heard of this?

I have Windows 7 and its not as cut out as everyone says it is... It's just a bunch of other useless extra junk. Oh and they took out Windows Movie Maker

I noticed a signifcant decrease in boot time going from Vista to 7. You can do an in place upgrade from Vista to Windows 7, without having to reinstall all of your apps as long as you are upgrading 32 bit to 32 bit or 64 bit to 64 bit.
