Steck is good and all and is extremely versatile, but PT is a significantly cheaper option with a lot more fan support.

That means we need to get in FA: CB, DT, RB, MLB, Backup QB.

How about Samuel, Rogers, Turner, Vilma, Redmond?

Then BPA in the draft as long as we pick up CB, LB, KR, pass rush DE help.

Looking at that list of needs reminds me how much work the FO has to do.

Eric Johnson -He's better than he gets credit for.
Billy Miller -Not even an issue, the guy's a football player.
David Patten -He's a perfect fit for this team.
Jeff Faine -Has his shortcommings but he a good Center and a leader.
Matt McCoy -The coaches liked him enough to keep him on the roster so he must have something going for him.
