I just read that on mmaweekly radio, that Randy Couture will be coming out of retirement to fight Tim Sylvia. I am looking for a link that confirms it, but a mmaweekly writer has stated this.

This thursday, it is expected to be announced on Inside the UFC. So, it will be nice to see Randy fight again, but is he past his prime? We shall see.

Once again, this is the rumor, we will find out this Thursday.

I dont ususally work too hard to watch the UFC, but I will make an effort to see "The Natural" fight.

Randy has held to LHW and HW UFC titles... although compared to Big Tim... he is a lightweight.

I just can't see Randy taking Tim down.

Damn PLP- you really jumped the gun with this post... UFC67 hasn't even taken place yet ;)

(Just read where the Iceman will be on Conan O'Brien tonight.

I'd rather see Chuck fight Silvia. I don't think Randy will be able to take him down. I saw an interview with Silvia last week and he seemed pretty cool, but he thought there wasn't much competition in the heavy weight division right now. We'll see.

Eventually, but first I want to watch CroCop destroy some guys in the octagon first.

Some HL reel KO's then set up a big fight at the end of the year

Cro Cop vs Eddie Sanchez and then hopefully Cro Cop vs Sylvia. I want to see him beat on Big Tim.

There is the vid to Liddel's interview last night.

Couture was on Inside the UFC with Joe Rogan on SpikeTV last night and confirmed that he will be fighting Sylvia at UFC 68.. He also said that he has actually signed a 4 fight deal with the UFC to last two years.. He said that Sylvia is a guy who has to talk things up and stir up controversy before a fight, and he's hoping that Sylvia won't have much to say about him and won't be able to get worked up about the fight..

The Iceman was also on the show.. Rogan asking him what it's like with millions of fans and millions of dollars.. Asked him who he would like to fight next, and they mentioned Rampage.. Chuck said he looks forward to fighting him again and avenging his earlier loss to him.. Rogan asked him whether he and Tito would fight again, and Chuck said there was pretty much no reason for it, that he will always have Tito's number.. Said that Tito had to talk up their friendship during their training days to avoid fighting him but that there was no agreement between them..
