I think a lot of the Rashad hate is solely based on his fighting style. I agree, he's one cocky dude in the cage, but he's seems to be a humble guy as soon as the fight is over.

You can't really fault a guy for some of the stuff that goes on in the ring. Or at least can't count it against his character. I think we can all agree that when you get into a fight that switch gets flipped and you see things differently.

I think he's a classy guy who just gets a bit carried away in the octagon.

That may be part of it but like KOS said, i cant just let it slide in my book.. I tend to like the modest fighters a lot more.. And as for Rampage, he is from the same city i was born in plus he is hilarious and very entertaining.. But on the other hand, he does respect his opponents.. Thats just Rampage, ya either love him or hate him.
 
That's good stuff. Seriously how does he see? It looks like they need to cut his eyes to open them up right now. I'm not saying that in a derogatory way, but seriously I don't see how he can see.

I got no problem with that. And it's cool if ya'll dislike Rashad, I just gotta try to defend my boy, you know.

Just watched the show.

Rampage is a terrible coach. Who wouldn't rather be with Rashad this year and Greg Jackson.

I'm on record as liking both Rampage and Rashad. I'm hoping they fight during Super Bowl weekend next year - Page v Shad and a Saints SB would be a great weekend :9:

That was a nasty cut but trust me, The one Jeremy Stephens dished out to Justin Bucholtz (sp?) last night was worse. It looked like something Jenna Jameson... nm

Should be an exciting season but I hope they pull back on the gratuitous Kimbo shots. I'd enjoy seeing some of the other guys a bit more.
 
The Bucholz cut reminded me of Marvin Eastman after Vitor Belfort. I saw a pic of it and it was nasty.

As for the show, Wes Sims is going to crack me up. Talking about Mir and then saying he isn't going to let the truth stand in the way of a good story cracked me up.

I like Rampage, but I think I would rather be on Rashad's team. Rashad has Greg Jackson and Mike Van Arsdale. Rampage has Tiki Ghoson and I am not sure who the others were.

I saw that cut when it happened. I am having problems with the computer tonight.

I found a gif of the cut from the show. Not sure if I am going to post it.

Fedor, Eastman, Bucholz, Southworth and the guy from last nights show all have had similar gaping wounds on their heads. I have seen them all, but they still make meflinch.
 
Yeah they zoomed in on Abe's last night and the doctor was like "Yeah i can touch the skull right here"... Wow.
