What would be the reason to doubt it?

Selfishly, my own.

I don't want to think that the Administration instructed Maxar to cut off Intel to Ukraine, but allow Russia to continue use.

That means I really don't know what "America" stands for any longer. Having grown up during Cold War, how America is a "beacon" of freedom and democracy, and opposes tyranny at every turn, it's really hard to understand it.

Yeah mate, it's wild. But it's real.

Yes, I have European friends and acquaintances who have taken unwavering positions in the past that America is totally self-interested, imperialistic and without any true altruism outside its own borders. Sadly, they're about to find out what it really looks like when America actually is that way.

This is what treason looks like. Next step, sanction Ukraine and try to bully Europe into abandoning them too. Then lift sanctions on Russia and actively supporting Putin in his bloody war against democracy.

The only thing surprising about it is that anyone is surprised. The man wouldn't know a scruple if it spit in his face. I've known this since the 80s.

So in a week, we have gone from "apology needed" to "apology, full peace agreement with concessions on territory, elections and Zelensky resignation"

That's what is now being reported needed to restart aid.

When will they learn, aid is over. Even if they agree to all the above, the goalposts will move again.

Ukraine may as well take the minerals deal away now because there's no point in offering anything.

It's time to trust in Europe to come through which I believe they will.
Sadly Europe doesn’t have our ISR and communications capabilities, which fro the sources I’m hearing is actually the most important

Sadly, Europe didn't have to be overly worried for last 75 years regarding ISR. Developing own was not paramount because the US had that and them, covered.

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

I suspect Europe won't fall for it again.

5 years from now, they will have their own capabilities.

Well isn’t this the second time Europe has been fooled ? Russia invaded Ukraine back in 2014, and not much changed.

When Russia invaded in 2022, there was lots of talk but little action in the military front, With a few exceptions such as Poland,

Fool me three times, and I can’t get fooled again (cuz I’m dead)
