I was confuse too. All I can figure is either the writer is wrong or since it is so close to NATO's border, it is unofficial.

I am thinking there is a commercial no fly zone over the battle area.

There's a no fly zone above Ukraine? Who is enforcing it? The article says "since Feb 24" but I thought UKR has been calling for it since then?

There's a no fly zone for NATO imposed by NATO and the US. We're afraid of Russia.

Yeah, there's 2 different kinds of no-fly zones. No commercial planes in a certain area, or no war planes from another country over a certain area. Maybe the one in the article is referring to no commercial air traffic in the war zone. But the article wasn't clear on that.
