Nope.

He appears to be a possesion guy who'll eventually develop into a good WR beating 1 on 1 coverage.

If he catches a long pass, it'll probably be against 1 on 1 coverage winning a jump ball.

I don't see him flat out burning someone on a deep route.

I could be wrong, but that's what i've seen so far.
