I don't read this as Nick saying that they're healthy. I read it as Nick saying that these are things to look for.

My comment was that they're expected to be healthy (at that time). In the article Nick says that Anzalone has said that he is good to go, a source says that Alonso "is expected to be ready", and Rankins is "on track and expected to be ready" per a source.
