If you are a "1 note" voter, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay & N. Korea all have legal Cannabis! Portugal also has amazingly humane/effective laws!
If however you are looking for quality of life issues, New Zealand's new govt & their Pres ideas behind budgets is awesome!

The league tends to wait until after the civil authorities are finished so that they aren't accused of inference in the case.

Just last week the league gave Cowboy TE Rico Gathers a one game suspension on his drug charge.

At worst, David misses the opener but I think he will beat this and be able to play on 9/9/2019.
