N/S Up to 6 FEET of snow forecast for Browns @ Bills on Sunday! (1 Viewer)

I betcha there ain’t nothing in the NFL rule book that says you can’t build snowmen and use them for extra O-linemen. :hihi:
If we tried that, ours would end up on injured reserve the first week... and then demand a cap busting renegotiation of their contract. :covri:

Y'all still think they overforecasted? If anything they underforecasted.
It's looking to top out somewhere between 4 to 5 feet of snow.
But it may be that lake effect pump may run a bit longer than expected.

It's okay. You can admit they nailed this forecast.

Don't worry, us weather people are used to being questioned. It doesn't stop us from continuing to try to put out the best forecast possible with the data available.

Yeah, if the forecast missed it was to the low side. It's still dumping here and some scattered reports are already hitting 6'. Some areas may see 7' storm totals when all is said and done. The 24 hour record of 66" just obliterated the previous record. This is also going down as the biggest snow event in NY history.

If you need a hot toddy tomorrow, Cole’s is gonna be open (drinks only, no food). Ask for Stacey and tell her I sent you. 😁

I checked our Air Force model yesterday just to see what it was going for. It was a lot, probably the same as what they forecasted or maybe more.

It might be awhile before they can open the airfield in Buffalo. The Bill's may have to drive to the game.

Also, a fellow USAF wx alumni lives near the stadium and they have got 66" of snow so far.
