I'd rather take Antoine Cason or even Dan Connor than Trevor Laws if they fall. Even if we take corner in the 1st, Antoine Cason is too good to pass in the 2nd.

Like DRC & Laws, folks read one good report and then add it to da commandments.

DRC's one kidney scares me, while I have a better feeling after folks have started to defend their T. Laws pick. (Tho I have no man-luv for T. Laws.)

I don't see Buffalo taking a CB, they will get Limas Sweed/Malcolm Kelly IMO. Other than that it looks solid, and I love our picks.

I like Laws a lot.

However, if Deuce is cut, Forte is a huge need... plus he is in the running for BPA.

Curtis Lofton is also on the board at 46, and he makes me salivate for a Sam Mills-type LB.

I dont think Laws is gonna go in the second, I think he is a solid 3rd or 4th rounder...he impressed at the senior bowl but that was because they didnt know he was athletic as he was, it didnt make him a 2nd round pick, I just think it soidified him as a 3rd or 4th rounder....were gonna be surprised with what rounds these guys are really gonna go....we like a player so we automatically put them up higher, but I think Laws is more a solid 3rd rounder...than a 2nd rounder....well maybe a late 2nd rounder.

Laws was a beast at Notre Dame with 112 tackles in his senior year as a DT , which I believe led the nation at the position. Also, he is not a one year wonder like Balmer. I really do not like picking players that produced in college for only one season unless that player is truly spectacular. He played well at the Senior bowl, and he has been tested playing for Notre Dame.
