They should also have some other updates as the day goes on.

Here is Pete Carroll's official website with a very detailed blog. It's got several postings about Pro-day already:

I predict that Coach Orgeron throws a line baited with a steak at Ellis, Ellis bites it, and as Ellis is being reeled in Walter Thomas comes along and eats Ellis. Orgeron spends the rest of the day trying to reel "Big Walt" in because he keeps jumping and doing backflips.

"R Jay Soward" is trying out.....that pick helped push Coughlin out of Jacksonville. I'm shocked to see him giving it another try.

Ellis set the USC bench rep record with 41 reps before last season. This is no rumor. The man is stronger than all of us put together.

Then he should be thanking the young man or he wouldn't have won the Superbowl with the Giants.

I have been meaning to post the question if USC players are overrated....

I am comparing how talented their college teams are supposed to be versus who excels in the pros. The only reason I pose the question is as it relates to us drafting players from USC.

If you go back to 2000 or so, who are the above average to great players in the league from USC (since their rise to prominence).....Carson Palmer, Polamanu, and Tatupu, perhaps Reggie. I mean they are supposed to be a football factory, but I just can't name many top players from USC, so that reputation doesn't fit. It especially seems that there D Line, O Line, and receivers are overrated coming out. I may be wrong, I just wanted to see what other's opinions were.

Washington ran a 4.35
Wow! His biggest knocks were injuries, academic issues and his timed speed.
He has a full all clear from the doctors, persevered through the academic issues and sorted them, and now got his time down from 4.6 to 4.35.
I reckon he's a Payton guy and someone is getting a great mid round back in him who will start. I don't know why USC didn't give him the ball more last year.
