"They tell you it's a business. Well I guess I have to turn into a businessman." (hashtag "shoot your arrows")
"They tell you it's a business" is referring to the game of football. "guess I have to turn into a businessman" means he will have to adjust his approach to the game of football somehow. The "shoot your arrows" hashtag is even more clearly in reference to him wanting opportunities to score. Your explanation sounds like far more of a reach than mine.
The fact that you believe "#shootyourarrows" is "clearly in reference" Brandon Cooks "wanting opportunities to score" is totally grasping for straws. #shootyourarrows is what is referred to as Brandon's Instagram "tag" - get it hash "tag". So #shootyourarrows ALWAYS shows up when Brandon posts a pic on his Instagram - the source of the quote we are discussing. Go look at his other Instagram quotes and you'll see what I mean.
Instagram is a online media for posting pics and video. The statement that are posted should be interpreted in the context of the pic or video that is posted on Instagram. So, lets go look at the pic Brandon posted which accompanied the statement "They tell you it's a business. Guess I have to turn into a businessman":

On Brandon's top pic on Instagram, the one he posted that looks like he is in "show business" with the photographers on the ground snapping pics - go click on that pic. When you do you will see the statement he posted to accompany that pic. That pic gives the statement he made context, and in that context it seems clear to me Brandon is talking about the photographers taking pics of him - not the deva wide receiver meaning you want to give the statement.
