Ingram accepted a deal from the Ravens on March 12 which had 1.5 million more guaranteed than the Saints offer. He did not give the Saints the opportunity to match. The Saints then agreed to terms with Murray the following day March 13.

I'm sure Ingram is happy now but at the time I believe he would have preferred the Saints.
