Now, I may be getting politically incorrect here. But one — It’s been a few years, not that many, since I was closely associated with pre-adolescent boys, boys who are like 10 to 12 years of age. But it is my observation that boys at that age have less tolerance for homosexuality than just about any other class of people.

Excellent point. I do think they need to reevaluate their base and decide what they want to stand for. I can visualize a time when the Republican Party actually fractures into two or more separate factions, when the more moderate members finally get tired of all the perverted, hate-mongering extremists. They just need someone to emerge as a clear leader among the less radical conservatives.

I dont know if its genetic or not. But when considering the general hardships and hatred that people have faced in the past and to a lesser degree still face from society when they are openly gay,...well it just doesnt ring very true to me that all these gay people made a choice to lead a life with that much trouble just to be different. Especially when the only reward is having sex with people of the same sex. I have wanted to have sex with women since well before I understood the feelings. I cant imagine desiring men that way, much less choosing to, even moreso if the choice meant that even the non sexual part of my life would worsen. I dont know why some folks are gay but I certainly dont think it is by choice.

Yeah, I don't know if we can say homosexuality is "proven" to be genetic, but I concur with the above points. It doesn't make sense. A kid dyes his hair to be "different." That's a phase. He doesn't decide to be gay. And I further think the line is not as defined as some do. I think it's perfectly normal for youngsters to experiment sexually. And it doesn't make you "gay" or even necessarily bisexual. It just makes you curious and horny.

People really need to stop worrying about this stuff so much.

there's good news in all of this, though - when my wife watches porn with me that makes her a lesbian. And I've always wanted to get with a lesbian. So at least I've got that going for me.
