Pucker's Sports Bar or Crawdaddy's Oyster Bar are both on the main strip in Gatlinburg. I have watched games at both places before.

Like someone else said Puckers is a good bet and I will add Blaine's Grill and Bar to that. For better beer and food though, I always recommend Smoky Mountain Brewery but I don't remember how many TVs they have.
