does it just give you flashbacks of a Haslett coached team? Talented and capable of exploding at any time, BUT dumb penalties, bad turnovers, etc etc. are just killing them.

The dysfunction of the team reminds me of the days when Brooks and Grant where getting into fights on the plane. The one thing you can say about Haslett is at least he didn't throw his players under the bus like Coughlin has done a few times this year. On the plus side through it is fun to watch from a distance.

Coughlin is not a good coach. His fire and brimstone, "every bad play is doomsday" approach permeates the menatlity of the team. How often do you see him with a sour lemon look on his face after a play? Terrible leadership. How often do you hear the Giants players say "We were outcoached?"
