No salt. Salt goes on French fries, not watermelon.

It's been noted in another thread that I also put hot sauce and MSG on my cantaloupe and pineapple. Watermelon doesn't do well with hot sauce though. I'll have to try the MSG.

MSG on watermelon is great. General rule of thumb, if its good with salt it's probably better with some MSG too


Im intrigued by the hotsauce, I haven't tried that yet. I do absolutely love fresh ground black pepper on canteloupe though so I'd probably love it.

Think about it. Mango salsa. Pineapple salsa. It's not really much of a stretch from there. I usually use Valentina's, because I always have it around, but any hot sauce on fruit is great.
