Spent some time in Caracas, Ven. I remember one night hearing 3 min of gunfire followed by 3 hours of people freaking out, followed by 6 min of gun fire and screaming. The next day as I went out and asked what had happened, a few people told me what went down (and this is where Melman is right). Apparently somebody came in and shot up their neighbors house for playing music to loud (killed everyone in the house). The brother of said murdered father came with some of his friends and killed the shooter, his family, and killed the dog. Then for good measure shot up everything in the house.
