Sheldon can practice this week, but cannot be activated until next week. That's the IR rules for players returning.

Becoming ever more worried about Armstead's knee. Partial tears can hang in there and cause swelling and misery for months. Sometimes a total ACL transplant heals faster with less suffering in the long run. Best of luck big guy... and the same to all of our injured Saints.

he prob wont practice much at all for the rest of the year to avoid swelling, he prob doesn't need it anyways. just the walk thru's

Please dear Lord stop putting Ellerbe on the limited practice list. That's just a sham.

Nice to see Breaux practicing, hopefully he isn't rushing things.

But he can work out with the team and at the facility, correct?

Yes. He has to practice with the team for 2 weeks before returning to game play. This is his second week of practice. He should a go for the 49ers game next week.

If Terron is out I'm wondering if they would slide Peat back over to guard and start Hills at Tackle? Peat is a much better option at guard than Kelimente is and Hills played solidly last week.
