I haven't seen his name kicked around since KC let him go.

Not sure he has any tread left on the tires. I think he is 34 or 35 now with some previous knee issues.

Another name that came to mind was Bryant Johnson, WR from Arizona. Haven't seen his name surface.

at his age he is gonna get picked up after the draft,,and all the cuts,,,he will get picked up by someone looking for a quick fix,,,which we may throw a one year deal at em b4 the end of off season...(ty Law)

Well we need a quick fix, has anyone ever signed a 1/2 season deal ? Until MM comes back ??

I know the answer to that btw...just saying we need a make-do guy until MM is recovered. Ty Law fits the mold. + he can teach Usama and DRC a little more about how to play the game.

For the vet minimum with incentives.

We should at least bring Ty in for a visit.

We could still use him for his veteran wisdom and leadership. I'd take a flyer on him for a year or two. Slide him to nickel if he can't cut it anymore.

If we draft a corner (hopefully DRC), he'd be good for a year or 2 to groom him.
