Why haven't we scheduled a visit for him? He can play cornerback and safety and he brings a veteran presence to our defense.

Per Rotoworld
NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Jets will host free agent DB Ty Law on Wednesday.
Law, who's also on the Patriots' radar, is seeking one last multi-year deal to finish his career. He'd have a good chance to play extensively right away for either organization. The Jets could give him a look at free safety.

Multi means guaranteed money. He is a band aid, and guaranteed money would make him a stitch. I don't mind a band aid, we can dispose of one once we get a staple, but if you look at Johnson, Morgan, and Patten, those guys are band aids. ONE year deals, two for Patten, but easily expendable. Law will want not only guaranteed money, but a big salary as well. He is productive, but at his age, alot of it has to do with the systems he is playing in.

only if we are playing payton manning.. then yes..
