If i had to pick i think it would be a warm, chewy brownie with vanilla ice cream.

Something I haven't tried in 20 years that I've wanted to try again is monkey bread. The lady who made it knew what she was doing, and it was addicting.

Usually desserts for me are cookies or ice cream, sometimes both at the same time.

Bananas Foster or huckleberries. Huckleberry pie, ice cream, tarts, handful after handful until I'm a gender-swapped Willy Wonka character, whatever as long as it's huckleberries. (Not that blueberries are bad, I love 'em, but hucks they ain't)

Caballeros Pobres (or torrijas in Spain), which is kind of like French toast, but soaked in sugar syrup (almibar), and usually served with cinnamon sticks and raisins on top.
