Before marriage: 6'2" 180 lbs.

After 3 years of marriage: 6'2" 210 lbs.
 
Yep, we've got the exact same problem. I lost like 5 pounds in a couple days, then the very next day I had gained 3 back. It's really frustrating, but I'm not gonna give up this time. I've given up so many times before, but not this time.

Kewee dont get frustrated. More thann likely if you are exercising a lot then while you are losing fat you are gaining muscle and muscle is heavier than fat :9:
 
B I've only lost like 6lbs, so I need to start eating a little healthier than I am right now, but I have totally cut out all soda drinks, and I only drink water or low calorie Gatorade. I feel better, and have more energy. I must say that it is hard to live without caffeine though.

Hang with it dude. Changing diet and fitness habits is tough but it's worth it. I'm on a mission myself and have a bit further to go than you. For me, it's mostly about an attitude change. I love eating well, drinking too much, and being lazy. I have an 18 month goal to loose 100 lbs.
