To me it is Burress, every time he doesn't get the ball he waves his arms around and gives an angry stare at Eli Manning. Also when a ball going to him gets picked off he just runs to the sideline and makes no effort to tackle the defender. Second on my list is Jeremy Stevens, whenever he drops it he turns to the ref to look for a flag. He also loves to talk trash with the defense but he can't back up his talk with all the drops and big hits he receives. Third on my list is T.O and we all know why.
