I wouldn't really like Nagin pointing the gun in my direction. What a great headline.. New Orleans Mayor shoots NOPD Chief.

Is it just me, or are SuperSoakers starting to look like real guns.

Gives the term "shooting your mouth off" a whole new meaning.

its already been shown to be taken out of context. they were taking photos at a presentation of new equipment for the NOPD. someone made a funny comment, and they laughed, while holding both weapons up. when nagin went to turn around to put his gun down, someone snapped that photo. i saw the video footage of the event on the news a little while ago.

Photo was by the TP, a classic shot IMO, just the perfect moment that's what shooting 12 frames or so a second can do. If only the photographers name was attached to the image then he would likely end up getting world-wide recognition for the photo.

The media = propaganda , no doubt . ( The nice way of saying it .)
I thank my lucky stars that our mayor spends most of his time in hiding .
( The nice way of saying it , also .)

What's wrong with playing with guns? It was probably a training exercise. The mayor got the drop on him.
