But crab is probably better than pork. PROBABLY. But pork can be purchased at 2 dollars or cheaper so spending 8 bucks, that's just not in my purchasable wheelhouse.

I just started to marinate a pork roast that I am going to smoke tomorrow. I will cut some up for a nice dinner and then run the rest through a slicer for sandwiches to take to work for lunch for a week or so.
