Looks like an interesting version of bibimbop! My second serving, so not the prettiest pic. Rice, lightly cooked spam in a skillet, eggs (the style I don't know what it's called, but sort of steamed) with green onions, bean sprouts with prepped Korean style, kinda like kimchi. I wrap all that in the green tea spiced seaweed. It's all actually quite tasty.
Who dat Saints for making me grow another year older in 3 hours. The win was worth it!
I had the traditional version tonight with bulgogi beef. Beef, rice, spicy bean sprouts, kimchi all wrapped in green leaf lettuce and miso soup on the side. Good sheet.Looks like an interesting version of bibimbop!
Pat them THOROUGHLY dry with paper towels before searing them. This will help prevent them from steaming themselves, and give a bit of crust on the exterior.Scallop fried rice tonight. Any suggestions on cooking the scallops besides baking them in butter with some salt and pepper?
