I gotta get me some ramekins. Don't have those yet.

Technically you don't need them. You just have to change the last part with the toast and cheese. You can put the toast on an oven proof sheet with cheese on top and heat until it melts and then add to your bowl.
 
If you go without the ramekins then you want the soup to be freshly hot when you add the toasted bread and cheese on top otherwise it can almost be cold before you put the ramekins into the oven.
 
I tried salt on watermelon after I was told that it was a thing and I did NOT like it. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't any good either.
Yes, I eat salt on watermelon too. To be honest, I mix it up sometimes.... sometimes salt, sometimes sugar. I like them both :9:

I also love salt or sugar on lemons lol.
 
Did you put too much on there, maybe? You don't need much, just a little to enhance the flavor...but everyone is different.

I wouldn't know since it was the first and only time I tried it but I also tried to treat it like any other dish. Salt can ruin a meal so I didn't want to add a lot.
