What y’all eatin’ - Coronavirus edition (5 Viewers)

Cooking chicken and andouille gumbo right now, making some garlic bread out of hot dog buns to go with it.
A trick I do with garlic bread is I mince the garlic and heat it on medium heat with butter brush the mixture on the bread and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake it for about two minutes at 300°
 
Never heard of Detroit style pizza.
If you’re looking to try it, Reginelli’s does a decent Detroit style with a slightly sweet bourbon sauce cooked into it.
