What y’all eatin’ - Coronavirus edition (4 Viewers)

LSU vs Arkansas at 11 this morning, so I got up early and put some Baby Back Ribs on the Akorn with a load of Pecan. Rolling along nicely at 275 right now. Should be ready before half-time. Gonna toss a pork butt on when they are done; the Akorn will hold 250 for 12 hours easily, so no sense in wasting the fuel.
 
I'm boiling the carcass of a turkey right now towards a gumbo tomorrow.

I have gumbo on the stove right now. I ended up with a lot more stock than I needed so I am cooking it down to freeze while the gumbo simmers. Also made a second round of milk rolls because the first ones were so good.
