Four Roses is bourbon. Their small batch is top shelf, but relatively reasonable in price. Caymus is a good California winery. It was available at Costco for under $50 per bottle. I am no wine connoisseur, but it’s worth the expense for Turkey Day and family.Never had oysters and don’t even recognize the drinks (barely ever drink) but it all sounds good. Lol (wine maybe?)

I love oysters and you can find great oysters where I live (in the Puget Sound area), but finding small oysters is not as easy. They are great any number of ways. I smoked these on the half shell in my Weber, using a smoke box. They make good seafood gumbo, great.
Sometimes it’s “a matter of survival”!!!Looks so yummy and delicious.
I lived in Sacramento in the late 90s and spent some vaca time in Napa on a few occasions. In Washington now and there are lots of great wineries here. Nonetheless, Caymus is still my favorite if I am going to spend a little money.I lived in Napa Valley for 10 years. Caymus was by far my favorite winery.
