At worst 13-3, with losses to SD, DEN, and one NFCsouth team.

You got to like the schedule. 16-0 is crazy but able to be rationalized based on our opponents.

I also think that the biggest improvement will be our D's ability to stop the faster running backs. The teams that rely heavy on their running games will be some of our easier ones to win. It is hard to play catch up with the running game.

Just curious...what matchup problems do you see against KC that would make you mark a L down for us? I can't think of one!

OK I tried to be objective. I know certain things: We won't win every game. We won't win every home game. I think certain things: There aren't may teams on this schedule that are flat out better than us. We won't lose to the Falcons this year. Green Bay will have lots of troubles offensively, and might be looking around for QBs next offseason. I hope certain things: We'll win the games we SHOULD win. Payton will use his 'cute' plays in certain situations, but not when we only have to run out the clock. The Bears game is one of those that we should, on paper, probably lose. We'll win however, because we'll be emotionally high going into that game because of the history of the last few years.

Mine is close to d3vanj winning and losing some different games though here and there but still ended up with the same record

I'm usually ultra conservative when predicting the record, but I honestly do not see a team that strikes fear into me except SD, MIN, and CHI. In the case of MIN, this will be Vilma's first true test as we see how we this revamped front 7 fares aginst AD.
The SD game will be a game that is played on a horrible surface. I watched the Miami game in London last year and the "pitch" was coming apart by the middle of the 3rd quarter. Unless they fix that turf (knowing the limeys, it's not likely) this game could spell a few 3 letter words that end with CL.
The CHI game has me steamed, but I say we go in on a mission and beat them this time. They lost alot of the players from that NFC Champ team and I think theyre in for a dissapointing season. We owe the Bears a butt kicking.

Yes...those words DO sound pretty sweet. It would be SO beautiful to hear.

BUT....our defense must be GREATLY improved to come up with 11 or 12 wins, like some of you guys are predicting. Hell, you might as well go for it all and say 16-0! I just want to make the playoffs, and we won 7 games last year. 2 more wins would get you in, so I say 9-7...10-6 at best.
