What's the official word on Ted Ginn? (1 Viewer)

I’m unfortunately not expecting much after a long injury to an older player.

Hoping I’m wrong.

But I do think the offense will be FINE as soon as we get our OL back.

Mark, Alvin, Drew and Mike are still the same.

Offense won't be fine until we get a deepthreat. People keep saying this and it's baffling. Stop kidding yourself. The o line is imjured and struggling, but our biggest need is a number 2 receiver. If we don't get a deeperthreat veteran receiver the struggles will continue.

What are you talking about?

Let’s check some facts.

Ginn played the first 4 games.

He has not played since.

You say above.....the offense will not be fine until we get a deep threat.

I say.....once we get our OL and back on turf, we’ll be fine.

Well let’s see what has happened since Ginn was out.

Home games without Ginn/with OL healthy.

Redskins- 43 pts
Rams - 45 pts
Eagles- 48 pts
Falcons - 31 pts

Those are our 4 home games without Ginn.

You still think we won’t be fine?

we need him to literally just run fast down the field. rust shouldn't play a role

You guys realize we’ve averaged 41 points a game at home without Ginn.

You do realize this, right?

Yes but most of those games we had armstead and before everyone started doubling Kamara and Thomas.

No doubt the OL is vital, yes they were mostly there for those 41 pt games.

That’s my point, the OL is much more important than the “burner” WR.
