I usually get mine around the end of March.

Possibly a tad later this year. I know that it is going to the printers next week. Mike's father passed away a couple of weeks ago and understandably, that put him a little behind schedule. Considering all that, I would say that they will be mailed out the first week of April.

Any updates on when they are being shipped? I ordered a copy a few days ago.
