Every year for the draft I usually buy a draft magazine, I was curious where most of you get your info from.

So far the best magazine I have come across is Lindy's Sports.

I'm thinking about checking out Mike D's this year also.

If you've got enough time on your hands, you can put together a nice bit of information on your own.

I have Lindy's pre-draft magazine also. In addition I have Pro Football Weekly and the annual Pro Football Draft Guide by Harris Publications (they boast that they have the #1 rated mock draft). They're also invaluable when it comes to little-known players. On the web I usually read Walter Football, Rotoworld and Pro Football Talk.

I start off with cbssports.com. They rank all the prospects. The I will pin point players that interest me and find other opinions from places like fftoolbox, nepatriotsdradt, draftcountdown, walterfootball, ourlads, nfl.com, etc. pretty much everywhere.

Then I will do my own film study using film cutups from draftbreakdown.com or youtube. Take notes, let it sink in, than rewatch the film. Then I'll go back to different websites, see what guys like cossell, mayock, kiper, Detillier, etc. I follow a bunch of former scouts and nfl insiders and get thier insight. Therr are plenty of smart guys on here. Then if a player interest me more, or confuses me I'll go back to the tape again.

By then, I should have formed a strong opinion on a prospect.
