Marcus Davenport, the New Orleans Saints’ first-round pick in 2018, had some impressive moments as a rookie, but he wasn’t satisfied with what he put on tape.
As the defensive end looks ahead to his second season, he sees a few areas where he could improve.
“Honestly, I see I didn’t do enough,” Davenport said Wednesday. “I see a lot of little mistakes, a lot of hesitation, missed opportunities. So, I’ve got to watch it over and over and over again and correct that, and I’ve got to watch more film on other people, too.”
