My ticket rep never answers the phone, returns calls, or answers e-mails. I've been trying to reach her for a few days now. I'd just do it over the net but I have a question for her. I was hoping maybe some of you guys would know the answer and then I could just skip her.

My question: "If the second game isn't played in NOLA, like if tis in Chicago, how do we get reimbursed? Is it put back in our credit card account or does it go into our tecketexchange account?"

Also, someone said the other day that you CAN get the money out of your ticketexchange account. Does anyone know how to do that, I don't see that option?

Thanks guys.

if the game isn't played it goes toward your next year's balance..you could try just dialing the 731-1700 # and telling the operator you can't reach your ticket rep, and she should patch you through to another rep

Puntz is correct, the balance goes towards next season's tickets. You can request a refund by Feb. 1st, though. It was all in the letter sent with the invoice for playoff tickets.

Yeah, I never got an invoice...:dunno:

I would have never known this was going on if it wasn't for you guys.

We just got our invoice yesterday. But your ticket rep (however busy he/she may be) has no excuse for not returning your calls, etc. I'd find a new one.

they are swamped, guys. on the phone and at the windows. the parking lot is full of people. the phone never stopped ringing the whole time i was there, waiting. couldn't get any love from my rep and i stood there at the window making faces at him the whole time. (j/k). don't forget to ask for a receipt. especially if there is a problem getting the parking passes out in time. see other thread on this. i forget what it's called....duh. ("got a question about playoff tickets" is the thread title)
