It would be interesting if you can look back and say that you made a call prior to the draft. In other words, which players on the roster were more of the PROBLEM rather than the solution (in our league-worst defense)?

I'll go out on a limb (before the draft) with ten (10) I see OFF the roster, and ten (10) I see as a LOCK:

We just signed Victor Butler. He played for Ryan in Dallas. Ryan would not let Butler become a LB for the Saints if he thought he wouldn't make the team.

All of these make the roster unless we get someone like Mingo or Jones and then Chris Chamberlain is the odd man out. Remember in the 3-4 we will have 4 starting LB and need backups for them as well.

Victor Butler is on a very cap friendly deal. Unless something happens and he turns out to be flat garage, I don't see us cutting him.

P-Rob sure as heck isn't the best, but he's a solid depth player at corner.

Harper may make the team by default, as may Jenkins and Robinson, but that doesn't make them any good. They will most likely get torched again and we will be here discussing how they are really great players, Robinson is an all-pro on am island, that time Jenkins ran down that wideout, Harper is misused and is really a linebacker, etc. They all must go whether this year or next.
