Which Preseason game will the starters see the most time? (1 Viewer)

Since there are only 3 preseason games, which game will our starters see the most time ? Game 2 vs Gb and rest them in game 3 ? or Maybe Jameis gets in for a series or 2 in Game 3 to shake the rust off ?

Not sure but since more teams are using their week-long inter-squad joint practices with other teams as "preseason games" we will begin to see fewer and fewer teams playing their starters in televised preseason games.

I don’t know how much contact there is in there little scrimmages they hold before the games for preseason. But I heard they get more out of that than the actual game itself. So that’s probably where most of the starters get reps in.

I hope none. No reason whatsoever for them to be playing. Those who might have played in the first game Hopefully that was it.

I don't expect to see much from any starters in the preseason, it seems to be the way most teams are going..

IIRC, starters would see the most action in the 3rd game (when there were 4 preseason games). I'd imagine they'd see the most time in game 2 now, but as previously mentioned by other posters, it's becoming more and more common to sit starters through the whole preseason or just one or two drives. We'll see how DA plays it, but I'm ok with sitting our top guys until week 1.
