Improvement = current performance - previous performance.

1. Ayodele - No question, has played outta his mind
2. Bushrod - Pretty clear, much less chipping and help this year
3. M. Mitchell - He's on the field quite a bit if you haven't noticed. Way more than Dunbar.

I forgot about Mitchell. He's played well too.

A lot of the other players have actually played worse than last year. The entire O-line except for Bushrod has been worse. Brees has been uncharacteristically careless with the ball, Henderson and Meachem have been huge letdowns and the crux of our problems on offense (vertical game non-existent). Will Smith is not doing his job, Vilma has been inconsistent and sloppy at times as well.

thats pretty negative considering all of them had pretty good games against the cowboys this past week

id say bushrod is still our worst lineman which isnt necessarily a knock on him.......our offensive line as a whole has performed fairly well considering we are rushing the ball at 4 yards per carry and have given up the 3rd least sacks per pass attempts in the entire league

brees had a stellar game and is still a candidate for MVP.....henderson had his best game of the season and had a few amazing highlight reel grabs that are still goin unnoticed by the likes of ESPN and NFLN

will smith had a sack, a forced fumble, an INT, a pass defended and 3 tackles against the cowboys.....it seems like hes doing alright considering he is only half a sack behind ellis for the team lead and is still our most valuable asset on the defensive line....and the defensive captain of the team

there seems to be something missing from your list. A special teams player maybe - perhaps a kicker ... can't quite get his name...

IMO Ayodele is the most improved. Season to season he has gone from weak to passable to actually pretty steady and decent this year.
